This has been a wonderful weekend weather-wise and I hope that everyone has been able to take advantage of it (and practice their piano too, of course!).  When friends and family are around it’s a great time to earn a big star in your ‘I Am A Star’ pages . . . just play your favorite song that you’ve been learning for your friends and/or family, write down their names in the back of your Activity Book in the ‘I Am A Star’ pages and then show me when you come to class this week.  For each concert that you give you will get one big star . . . I can’t wait to see how many stars I’ll be handing out this week!!!

Also, just a reminder to my Monday classes – Sunbeams 1 and Moonbeams 1 – that there is NO lesson on Thanksgiving Monday . . . have fun with your friends and family and keep practicing.  I’ll see you all next Monday.
