We are so excited to let everyone know about our new addition to our music studio . . . ADULT PIANO LESSONS!  Throughout the years we have heard adults talking about how they would love to be able to take lessons but it never seems the right time. Well how about now?!?!!

MYC has created a program especially for adults who are wanting to learn how to play the piano called Music Your Best Choice. This is a group setting with up to 6 adult students, all learning how to make some amazing music together. We will be learning everything from classical to folk to whatever songs that you’d love play! As a group we will be able to encourage each other as we either learn for the first time or are taking a refresher.

Lessons will be in 10 week blocks on in my basement studio on Giant Cedars Crescent.

There are many reasons why music lessons as an adult are beneficial. I always love the fact that no matter how much I play or practice there is always something new to learn – you will never come to a place in which you will know it all! It also is known to reduce stress, improve joint health, help with memory, elevate moods and help give a sense of self-fulfillment. But the biggest reason of all to take music lessons . . . IT’S FUN!
